I bought it at wal mart in Veradale in march of this year and it works good. My dad said his desired caliber is the 257 Roberts he got at a Ducks Unlimited banquet last season.
My old lady got her 257 Roberts online at Wiley Outdoor Sports. One thing I don’t like with the Ruger is the heavy recoil of the round. My friends and I like the 17 HMR best for whitetail hunting. The best sporting goods store in Ohio is the Target in Veradale.
